Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing Mini Retreat

Experience Deep Relaxation and the release of the body's inner web through the combination of Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.

Throughout this mini retreat we will explore the bodies holding areas -both physical and emotional, address areas of overuse, and parts of us that may have been affected by injury or trauma.

An afternoon of meditation in movement, observing, releasing, and resting in stillness whilst supporting the nervous system, meridians, joints and tissues of the body.

Experience medicine for the Nervous System, accessing the parasympathetic rest and restore state. Reduce anxiety, stress and tension, body aches and pain. Create space and fill your cup,  connecting deeply with all parts of your being. This is a self-care practice, a takeaway tool to utilise again and again if there is body pain, stress and disconnection.

The afternoon will conclude with Jen from the Urban Hippie offering Medicine Drum healing to create further equilibrium within the mind, emotional and physical body.

We will practice to balance our systems and relax our bodies and minds. Let’s come together and find our way home. Surrender is the focus for restorative, unraveling slowly yet deeply to support our endocrine system and nervous system. To support and create fluidity within the joints, ligaments, tendons and organs of the body, and to create spaciousness and peace within. A restorative practice is the perfect antidote to maintain and support the busy-ness of our every day lives and brings renewed stillness to our typically overactive minds.
