A beautiful 6 week introductory series that offers you an understanding of the history of yoga combined with core poses and postures to help you optimise your health. This course will give you the knowledge and confidence to practice yoga within other classes or your own lounge room. We will address back issues, anxiety and many other core health issues that are at play in modern society today.
